Biographical Notes:

 

"Mr George Thomson Stenhouse, aged 34, married, was found in the bathroom of his home at Clinton, Otago, on Friday afternoon with his throat cut. On a shelf was a glass containing poison and a safety razor blade was found near the body. The deceased was a returned soldier from the present war.
