"PRIVATE P. J. O'DONNELL. The death is reported of Private Patrick James O'Donnell, second son of Mr Michael O'Donnell, of Tuapeka Flat, who was killed in action on July 3rd. Private O'Donnell joined the Seventh Reinforcements at Auckland, and prior to that had resided for the past five years at Maungakaramea, North Cape, where he followed farming pursuits. He was 31 years of age. Three of his sisters are resident in Milton district, viz., Mesdames Julius Plever, Joseph Powley, and P.
