Biographical Notes:

Walter was the only fatality of a ground collision between aircraft at Ardmore. He was the pilot instructor on a Harvard that was stuck by another aircraft making a poor landing. Robert had served operationally in Asia 1941-2 and while at Singapore had survived a mid-air collision with a Gipsy Moth in which Plt. Off. W Felton died.
