The village and commune of Marville-les-Bois is 10 miles (16 kilometres) south-south-west of Dreux, a town on the main road (N.12) from Paris to the west of France and on the Paris-Versailles-Argentan railway line. The nearest railway station is at St. Saveur, but this is some 2 miles (3 kilometres) from Marville-les-Bois and the train service is very poor. The most practical way for visitors is by taxi from Dreux.
The cemetery is on the southern side of the village, on the road leading to the neighbouring village of La Touche. Near the northern boundary and the entrance gate is the grave of an airman of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
