Seen climbing his Barracuda steeply from 1500 ft, then seconds later, diving into the ocean. Another aircraft witnessed the crash and circled,  but did not find survivors. 5 miles from Ronaldsway.  HMS Urley was a Naval Air Base on the Isle of Man
