Biographical Notes:

Arthur served at Gallipoli, was hospitalised in Malta with rheumatism. Later served in France, where he contracted Trench Foot and was evacuated to England and then back to Australia for discharge, Although his cause of death is listed as  Pulmonary Influenza, it  was as a resullt of illnesses during war service.
