Biographical Notes:

David Sutton was the passenger on a Wildebeest lV flying from Waipapakauri to Whenuapai. Following take-off, it stalled at 20 feet, crashing and injuring all 3 aboard. David died from his injuries later in the day. [For Your Tomorrow, Errol Martyn, Volume 1, Page 180]
