Biographical Notes:

When practising forced landings at Momona (Dunedin) the Tiger Moth with Frank Weymouth, instructor and Lewis Ireland, pupil, collided in mid-air with another flown by  instructor Robert Campbell and pilot under training, Brian Hall.
