Biographical Notes:

 "A verdict that deceased died in the Auckland Hospital from injuries received when he accidentally fell through a railway bridge at Papakura was returned by the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt, at an inquest yesterday into the death of a soldier, Robert Duff Greaney, aged 19. Deceased, whose father is Mr. T. Greaney, of 11 Forbes Street, Onehunga, was found lying on the road underneath the railway bridge and he told his mother he had fallen while crossing the bridge."
