Biographical Notes:

Thought to be William Thompson Davis, born 22 September 1900, the son of Colin and Christianne Davis*. William Thomson Davis married Moana Veronica Davis (née Gilroy) in 1926*. In January, 1942, according to the New Zealand, World War II Ballot Lists, he was a salesman living at 169 Riddiford Street, Wellington. In the 1943 Wellington South Electoral Roll, William Thomson Davis, salesman, is shown to be living at 169 Riddiford Street, along with his wife Moana Veronica Davis, married, at the same address.
