Biographical Notes:

Stanley Pratt went missing overnight from the HMNZT Tofua, en-route to Plymouth, England.  A Court of Enquiry found that he had been lost overboard, but that there was no direct evidence of suicide. The Court, however, noted that letters found in his pay book did demonstate a depressed state of mind.
