Biographical Notes:

Two aircraft left Woodbourne an hour and a half apart and  encountered low cloud  and fog, both crashing in the vicinity of Redwood Pass Road, 8km. from Blenheim. The first aircraft was crewed by Guy Suisted and  Angus Gilmour, the second by William Reader and Rodney Llewellyn
