Auchonvillers Military Cemetery

Using the D919 from Arras to Amiens you will drive through the villages of Bucquoy, Puisieux then Serre Les Puisieux (approximately 20 kilometres south of Arras). On leaving Serre Les Puisieux, 3 kilometres further along the D919, turn left following the signs for Auchonvillers. At the crossroads in the village centre follow the CWGC signs for Auchonvillers Military Cemetery which is on the outskirts of the village on the right hand side.

Bertrancourt Military Cemetery

Bertrancourt is a village in the Department of the Somme. Using the D919 from Arras to Amiens you will drive through the villages of Bucquoy, Puisieux, Serre-les-Puisieux and then Mailly-Maillet (approximately 25 kilometres south of Arras). On leaving Mailly-Maillet, 100 metres further along the D919, turn left following the signs for Bertrancourt village (approximately 3 kilometres). On arrival at Bertrancourt take the first turning left and continue for 300 metres. A signpost will be seen which will direct you right onto a small lane which continues straight to Bertrancourt Military Cemetery.

Brookwood Military Cemetery

Brookwood is 30 miles from London (M3 to Bagshot and then A322). The main entrance to Brookwood Military Cemetery is on the A324 from the village of Pirbright. There is a direct train service from Waterloo to Brookwood Station from which there is an entrance to the cemetery.

Courcelles-Au-Bois Communal Cemetery Extension

Courcelles-au-Bois is a village approximately 13 kilometres north of Albert. Take the D129 out of Mailly Maillet in the direction of Colincamps, Courcelles. About 2.5 kilometres further on turn left on the C5 towards Courcelles. Turn right in the village of Courcelles-au-Bois following the CWGC sign, and the cemetery is about 100 metres further on the left.

Doullens Communal Cemetery Extension No.1

Doullens is a town in the Department of the Somme, approximately 30 kilometres north of Amiens on the N25 road to Arras. The Communal Cemetery and Extensions lie on the eastern side of the town, about 270 metres south-east of the road to Arras.

Euston Road Cemetery, Colincamps

Colincamps is a village 11 kilometres north of Albert. From Arras take the D919 in the direction of Amiens for 28 kilometres. The cemetery is situated about 1 kilometre from the D919 on the right hand side of the road. Pass Serre Road Cemetery No 2 and continue for 2 kilometres. Take the first right, and the CWGC direction sign to Euston Road Cemetery will be seen at the next Y junction.

Gezaincourt Communal Cemetery Extension

Gezaincourt is a village a little south-west of the town of Doullens, halfway between the main roads from Doullens to Abbeville and Doullens to Amiens. The Communal Cemetery and Extension are on the east side of the village. There is a Commonwealth War Graves Commission signpost outside Doullens on the road towards Amiens.

Grevillers (New Zealand) Memorial

Grevillers (New Zealand) Memorial is situated in Grevillers British Cemetery. Grevillers is a village in the Department of the Pas-de-Calais, 3 kilometres west of Bapaume. From Bapaume take the RD929 in the direction of Amiens, turn immediately right onto the RD7, where a signpost indicates the direction of the cemetery. After 500 metres turn left at junction onto RD29, where a signpost again indicates the cemetery, which is on the right after a further 50 metres.

Hedauville Communal Cemetery Extension

Hedauville is approximately 5 kilometres north-west of Albert, on the road to Doullens. Using the D919 from Arras to Amiens you will drive through the villages of Bucquoy, Puisieux, Serre les Puisieux and Mailly Maillet. After leaving Mailly Maillet continue on the D919 until you come to a crossroads where you should turn right on to the D938 in the direction of Doullens. Hedauville Communal Cemetery is 600 metres further on the right.

Knightsbridge Cemetery, Mesnil-Martinsart

The village of Mesnil is about 8 kilometres north of the town of Albert on the D129 road. The cemetery is about 2 kilometres north-east of Mesnil (signposted in the centre of Mesnil). Access is by a farm track of which 1 kilometre is tarmac and 1 kilometre is dirt track (unsuitable for cars). The cemetery is 200 metres from the track and no permanent grass pathway exists.

Mailly Wood Cemetery, Mailly-Maillet

Mailly Wood Cemetery is 9 kilometres north of Albert on the D919. The Cemetery is situated on the outskirts of the village of Mailly-Maillet on the left hand side of the road to Amiens, where it is signposted from the main road onto a 500 metre mud track.

Colincamps is a village about 16 kilometres north of Albert. Sucrerie Military Cemetery is about 3 kilometres south-east of the village on the north side of the road from Mailly-Maillet to Puisieux.

Wimereux Communal Cemetery

Wimereux is a small town situated about 5 kilometres north of Boulogne. From Boulogne take the A16 to Calais and come off at Junction 4. Take the road to Wimereux north, D242, for approximately 2 kilometres, following the road through the roundabout. Take the first turn on the left immediately after the roundabout and the Cemetery lies approximately 200 metres down this road on the left hand side. The Commonwealth War Graves are situated to the rear of the Communal Cemetery.
